The terms and conditions for making Donations.

The devotee has to accept the terms and conditions to make online donations using facilities provided by Guruvayur Devaswom.

Terms and conditions :

1.	Devotees can make use of this online facility for making donations to Guruvayoor Temple.
                                        2.	Devaswom will not collect any service charge from the devotees for online Donations.
                                        3.	In any case,the amount donated by the devotee will not be refunded.
                                        4.	The information about the devotee should be correctly furnished while making online donations.
                                        5.	The donations are accepted for amounts within the prescribed limits for specified purposes set by Guruvayoor Devaswom.
                                        6.	Devaswom is not interested to get involved in any dispute of any nature. However if it so happens then only Laws which are prevailing in India will be applicable. This information is meant for every devotee in India and abroad. Devaswom will not be responsible for any technical dispute or any other type of dispute which may arise.
                                        7.	Devaswom is not canvassing or soliciting any devotees for making any Donations online. This online facility is to help such devotees who are interested to do it.
                                        8.	Devaswom will not be responsible for any transaction failures from the Bank.
                                        9.	If the amount is transferred from the devotees account to Devaswom account and during the period if the internet facility fails or not done properly before completing the transaction from the Devaswom web site then the reconciliation will be done by Devaswom.

The devotee has read and understood the above conditions and hereby agrees to disclaim any right may accrue to him as a devotee in online transaction in view of the special nature of these services and further the devotee agrees that if the devotee approaches court of law then the devotee will approach the competent court under the jurisdiction of District Court Thrissur.
